Security Services Agreement Team

The Security Services Agreement Team (SSAT) is responsible for the overall management of the Security Services Agreement. SSAT includes:

  • The program manager and his/her team, who help develop the security services agreement (SSA) template and other related documents, and manage the execution of activities associated with SSA development, including obtaining buy-in from stakeholders.
  • A group of subject matter experts who support development of each SSA document by providing technical expertise on different aspects such as threat assessments, cyber risk analysis, security controls selection process and compliance requirements. This group also reviews drafts submitted by stakeholders to ensure consistency with current practices at NIST or other agencies across Federal Government;
  • A working group that includes representatives from both departments/agencies in charge of implementing a particular service offering (the “customer”), as well as representatives from other departments/agencies (the “provider”). This working group meets regularly to discuss issues related to all phases of SSAs development process, including scoping current services offerings and creating new ones. Identifying market trends that may impact future demand for these services reviewing draft SSA proposals submitted by customers seeking advice on how best meet their needs while achieving required levels of assurance while minimizing costs associated with implementing this agreement within their respective environments developing detailed plans outlining responsibilities between parties involved in each phase throughout duration contract period.

Renewal Options Security Services Agreement

Renewal pricing. These rates are subject to change, but you’ll be notified of any changes at least 7 days before the beginning of your next billing cycle. If you don’t want to renew at the new rate, we will cancel your service at that time.

Cancellation policy. You may cancel at any time by giving us 30 days written notice. We will not charge a cancellation fee unless there is an outstanding balance on your account or if we must make special arrangements due to an unusual circumstance (e.g., construction). Security services, including but not limited to alarm monitoring and dispatch services, response time monitoring and dispatch services, video surveillance equipment and monitoring of said equipment, access control systems (card readers, biometrics or other), CCTV cameras and monitoring of said cameras.

Security personnel and their training, including but not limited to dispatch services, alarm monitoring and dispatch services, response time monitoring and dispatch services. Training of any other persons as may be required by the terms hereof (e.g., your IT staff).
